Swiss ball exercises are wonderful exercises to increase core strength and target the multifidus muscle group-your spinal stabilizers that connect one vertebra to the vertebra above it.

The size of the exercise ball is important. Please use this chart to confirm the best size for your height. If you are between the height guidelines, it is usually best to use the smaller size exercise ball.
Keep in mind that the more inflated the exercise ball is, the more challenging the balance exercises will be. If you are struggling to keep proper form, try letting a little air out of the ball.
