CERVICAL RESISTED RANGE OF MOTION EXERCISES

Cervical Resisted Range of Motion Exercises are isometric contractions of the neck and posture muscles. Our Richmond chiropractor, Dr. Teresa Green, recommends these exercises for patients who have neck pain, upper back or mid back pain or have chronic neck muscle pain.

While these exercises are effective and helpful, the Pettibon Head Weight Device is one of the most powerful posture rehab tools that can help reduce or eliminate neck pain, upper back pain and mid back pain.

Another option that can be equally effective as the Cervical Resisted Range of Motion Exercises is to perform Spinal Molding and Fulcra Exercises.

These exercises should only be performed when prescribed by your chiropractor.
