Fulcra Exercises

Our Richmond chiropractor will prescribe these exercises when you are ready to progress to the strengthening phase of care for injuries like whiplash, strains, sprains or disc injuries. These exercises target the core and posture muscles and improve muscle endurance, which requires a specific type of exercise. Fulcra Exercises strengthen the core and posture muscles to help fight conditions associated with muscle fatigue. There are three levels of exercises.
